An Afghan foreign national with ties to the terror group ISIS worked for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) before his arrest in Oklahoma Monday for allegedly plotting an Election Day mass shooting with his minor brother-in-law.

Law enforcement arrested 27-year-old Nasir Ahmad Tawhed, along with his minor brother-in-law, after he donated to an ISIS-affiliated organizations in March, contacted an ISIS recruiter, and allegedly purchased AK-47 assault rifles illegally.

“The evidence gathered in this investigation shows that Tawhedi and co-conspirators are adherents of ISIS ideology, and motivated by propaganda generated by or in support of ISIS,” said FBI agent Nathan Wilkins in the criminal complaint.

Court documents show Tawhed’s communications indicating his plot and cite testimony from Tawhed suggesting that he planned to be martyred in the attack. In Islamic theology, to be “martyred” is to die in service of religious goals or purposes.

Tawhed, according to court records, sold his father-in-law’s home without his knowledge in order to fund the plot. Google search result records showed that Tawhed accessed and saved numerous pieces of ISIS propaganda.

Following his arrest, a report from NBC claimed that Tawhed worked for the CIA in Afghanistan before he came to the U.S. in September 2021, shortly after the disastrous withdrawal of American troops from the country.

Two anonymous sources familiar with the situation informed NBC that Tawhed worked as a security guard for the CIA while in Afghanistan.

The court documents do not mention Tawhed’s work with the CIA and do not specify whether he became affiliated with ISIS before or after he was allowed into the U.S. under the Biden-Harris Administration.

An unnamed official told NBC that counterterrorism experts believe Tawhed became radicalized only after living in the U.S., but an anonymous law enforcement official told them that the timing of his radicalization remains under investigation.

Court documents claim that Tawhed entered the U.S. legally on a special immigrant visa, with his immigration status on parole while he awaited the adjudication of his immigration case.

The Special Immigrant Visa program is specifically for Afghan or Iraqi citizens who worked for the U.S. government while in their home country and who face threats as a result of their work for the U.S.

The program requires a significant vetting process, including a check for ties to terrorist groups, before an applicant can be approved and allowed into the country.

Two officials told NBC that the court document is incorrect and that Tawhed actually entered the country on humanitarian parole.

Humanitarian parole requires far less screening than a special immigrant visa, according to the officials.

Tawhed’s juvenile accomplice entered the U.S. in 2018.

The FBI arrested the alleged terrorists after posing as a business partner while they attempted to purchase guns and ammunition to be used in the shooting.

“After August 2021 when Afghanistan collapsed, approximately 77,000 Afghans were paroled into the United States when all was said and done (others already had status here that allowed them to enter), and every parolee was supposed to be screened, vetted, and inspected before being released into the United States.” -Center for Immigration Studies

Does anyone in their right mind actually believe that they went through a “significant vetting process”?

DEI administrations wither local/state/federal refuse to be audited and held responsible for the results and people are tired of it, reality sucks and we want it cleaned up and vote in people who will do it. Results will be on displayed and cost accounted for.
