President Joe Biden’s campaign issued a statement on Tuesday rejecting a golf challenge from Former President Donald Trump, despite President Biden claiming during the recent presidential debate that he would be “happy” to have a driving contest with him.

“Joe Biden doesn’t have time for Donald Trump’s weird antics–he’s busy leading America and defending the free world. Donald Trump is a liar, a convict, and a fraud only out for himself–par for the course,” said Biden’s campaign.

Biden’s press team also used the statement to claim that Trump “bent the knee” to Russian President Vladimir Putin, accuse Trump of losing 3 million jobs–which took place during COVID lockdowns–and claim that he is attempting to destroy the U.S. with “Project 2025,” a plan which Trump has disavowed.

The statement came in response to a challenge issued by Trump during a Florida campaign rally on Tuesday, where he offered to play 18 holes of golf with Biden, giving him a 20 stroke advantage.

Trump just challenged Biden to an $1M charity golf match, says he will spot Joe 20 strokes.

"It will be among the most watched sporting events in history. May be bigger than the Ryder Cup or even the Masters."

Trump proposed that the winner would pay $1 million to a charity of the loser’s choice, and claimed that it would be one of the most viewed sporting events in history.

“It will be among the most watched sporting events in history. May be bigger than the Ryder Cup or even the Masters,” said Trump.

The challenge comes as Biden’s mental capacity for office has been called into question by many in both parties following his catastrophic debate performance.

As recently as the debate, Biden expressed a willingness to play golf with Trump, when he offered to golf with him on a driving range.

In March, Biden explicitly challenged Trump to a golf match during an interview with Stephen Colbert, and reaffirmed that challenge with a post on X.

“Donald, my offer to play golf still stands. I’ll let you take three strokes off your game if you carry your own bag,” said Biden on X.

Apparently, the offer only stood when Biden believed that it would not be accepted by Trump.

During Trump’s rally, he also challenged Biden to a one-on-one debate with no moderators, but that challenge was ignored.

“Joe Biden doesn’t have time for Donald Trump’s weird antics–he’s busy leading America and defending the free world.” How does any rational person even respond to that drivel?

Those long midday naps take a chunk out of every day. At least he doesn’t have to stand in line to get his ice cream cone. I would like to see a vid of him eating soft serve on a hot day.
